Free shipping on orders of 5 or more bags, anywhere in the US. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from our facility, and most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way. Gnarly Jerky ships nationwide across the United States.

As a perishable food product, Gnarly Jerky is not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, email jon@eatgnarlybegnarly.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, before fulfillment begins. For lost or delayed packages, contact jon@eatgnarlybegnarly.com with your order number, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate or replace your package.
