Gnarly Jerky Return and Refund Policy

At Gnarly Jerky, we craft every bag of premium beef jerky and turkey jerky in small, chef-supervised batches with the same care you'd expect from a high-end kitchen. Because our jerky is a perishable food product, we are not able to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any order once it has shipped. This policy reflects food safety regulations that apply to all direct-to-consumer jerky brands and protects the quality and integrity of every product we deliver.

Does Gnarly Jerky accept returns? No. Gnarly Jerky does not accept returns on any product. Food safety guidelines prohibit us, like all premium jerky companies and small-batch food brands, from reselling or restocking perishable food once it has left our facility. Once your order of Gnarly Jerky is in transit, it is yours to enjoy.

Does Gnarly Jerky offer refunds? Gnarly Jerky does not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or unopened product. We do resolve issues case by case when an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality defect.

What if my Gnarly Jerky order arrives damaged or wrong? Email jon@eatgnarlybegnarly.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We review every case individually and respond with a resolution, which may include a replacement bag, store credit, or another accommodation depending on the situation.

Can I exchange a Gnarly Jerky flavor for a different one? No. We cannot exchange flavors once an order has been placed and shipped. We recommend trying our variety options or placing a new order to explore additional flavors.

Can I cancel my Gnarly Jerky order? Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, fulfillment begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed in shipping? Contact jon@eatgnarlybegnarly.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if it is confirmed lost.

Why doesn't Gnarly Jerky accept returns on jerky? Food safety regulations prohibit perishable food brands from accepting returned product. This standard applies across the premium jerky industry and ensures every bag we ship is fresh, safe, and made to the quality our customers expect.
